We know empowOR is a significant investment for your agency, so we want to make sure you get the most from it. Our professional services, including launch, (re)training, technical assistance, and strategic consulting, can help with everything from the basics to becoming a data-driven agency.
Nearly all agencies opt to have empowOR staff assist them in their launch process. Throughout this process, we provide comprehensive training to local administrators, comprising a series of four distinct training sessions:

Following the admin trainings, we will arrange training sessions for data entry. These training sessions encompass concise data entry tips along with customized documentation detailing the expected data entry process for each work template within your unique configuration.

However, agencies have the option to include administrative training in their quote, and then set-up their own portal independently. Quotes are available for both upon request.
Due to staff turnover, a shift in the number of users, or other causes, agencies sometimes wish to repeat training. Training with our Customer Experience Team will teach your staff to use our system’s core functionality with confidence. Over three different series, we’ll cover setting up the system, how to use all areas of the system, how to complete data entry, and how to access data through reporting.

All training is offered in real time on a web-based platform and recorded for future viewing. You can refer back to your training and documentation at any time through the empowOR Help functionality.
